Nurse Practitioner - Pediatric Healthcare Job Description

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Maintain successful health screenings in line with state regulations
  • A minimum of one year of caregiving experience in various settings (hospital, nursing home, assisted living, or home health/private duty)
  • Proficiency in Activity of Daily Living skills (bathing, dressing, meal preparation, basic household tasks, rest room assistance, mobility support)
  • Patient assessments and suitability evaluations
  • Development of personalized care plans based on patient needs
  • Effective communication with multidisciplinary teams, physicians, payers, patients, and family members regarding treatment options and care planning
  • Delivery of exceptional care and oversight of colleagues
  • Daily documentation of care services in our electronic medical record system

The Nurse Practitioner will work diligently to provide excellent pediatric care and support for children with varied healthcare needs. Our focus is on fostering meaningful connections between our caregivers and patients through one-on-one interactions that drive positive outcomes.

Expected Compensation: $65,000-$85,000 annually],
