As a Family Nurse Practitioner at First Choice Community Healthcare INC, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, comprehensive medical services to our patients. First Choice Community Healthcare INC is a non-profit organization operating 8 Federally Qualified Health Centers and one school-based health center in Central New Mexico. Our mission is to increase access to primary care in the greater Albuquerque Metro Area, addressing not only physical but also emotional, social, and cultural needs of our patients.

Your Role:
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans, and promoting health education and disease prevention. Your expertise as a Family Nurse Practitioner will make a significant impact on the health and wellbeing of our community.
