We are seeking a skilled Senior Clinical Nurse Practitioner to join our team at St. Elizabeth HealthCare.
About the RoleThis is a rewarding opportunity for an experienced nurse to utilize their skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality patient care in a dynamic healthcare setting.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients, utilizing evidence-based practice and clinical judgment.
- Maintain current skills and knowledge in area of specialty, staying up-to-date with latest research and best practices.
- Provide effective leadership and mentorship to interdisciplinary teams, ensuring seamless coordination of care.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Document care provided accurately and efficiently, utilizing electronic health records.
- Graduate from accredited School of Nursing, licensed to practice in the state where work is being performed.
- Meets contact hour requirements for licensure, including all state-required courses.
- Demonstrates expertise in nursing theory, clinical practice standards, procedures, policies, and mathematical calculations associated with medication administration.
- Able to critically think and problem solve in routine and emergency situations.
We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $115,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
