Early Childhood Speech-Language Pathologist

AnthroMed Education is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in Madison Heights. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in supporting students with speech and language delays/disorders in the early childhood center.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate students' speech-language abilities to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
- Provide high-quality direct speech-language therapy services to students according to their IEPs.
- Conduct assessments, analyze results, and develop reports to identify strengths and concerns in speech, voice, fluency, pragmatics, language, and oral motor skills.
- Collaborate with instructional staff to develop treatment plans that are strength-based and child-centered.
- Participate in IEP conferences, team meetings, and problem-solving meetings.
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current Michigan state license or eligibility for licensure.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
- Experience working with school-aged children.
- Knowledge of special education laws and procedures, including IDEA and IEP development.
- Bi-weekly team meetings to brainstorm and problem-solve with other SLPs.
- Dedicated SLP Clinical support, including 1:1 caseload guidance, speech therapy materials database, and free continuing education opportunities.
