  • Make outbound calls to inform patients about appointment times and coordinate delivery schedules.

  • Utilize problem-solving skills while adhering to company protocols.
  • Conduct order research and manage updates, including estimated times of arrival, damages, cancellations, and scheduling conflicts.
  • Assist patients with scheduling and rescheduling surgical appointments and related services.
  • Conduct surveys regarding service delivery as required.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

  • Proficient typing skills and computer literacy, particularly with MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word) and internet navigation.
  • Detail-oriented with a positive demeanor and strong communication abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to varying shifts as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Prior experience in customer service or call center roles is preferred.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems is advantageous.
