Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Maxim Healthcare Services. As a Homecare LPN, you will provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes, working with pediatric and adult patients on days and nights shifts.

Responsibilities
  • Assess and Plan Patient Care: Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring the highest level of quality and safety.
  • Provide Skilled Nursing Services: On each assignment, provide skilled nursing care and services in accordance with prescribed orders, ensuring that patients receive the best possible care.
  • Collect and Analyze Data: Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
Requirements
  • Current LPN/LVN License: Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
  • TB or Chest X-Ray: Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
  • BLS Card: Current BLS card.
  • Experience: One year prior professional nursing experience preferred.
