This position is responsible for guiding the Catering team to fulfill event and catering delivery requests while aligning with customer expectations and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement catering solutions tailored to client needs.
- Establish and nurture effective relationships with clients and customers.
- Ensure consistent quality in the planning and execution of events.
- Manage the delivery of prepared meals and the setup of events based on banquet event orders.
- Assist clients in organizing special occasions and offer innovative solutions to meet their requirements.
- Train and lead catering staff to uphold catering and event standards, ensuring quality in final presentation.
- Provide completed Banquet Event Orders to the team and ensure all requests are fulfilled prior to the event.
- Responsible for achieving food and labor targets.
- Oversee the execution of catering events of various sizes and complexities, including staffing and management.
- Ensure accurate reporting of all catering-related revenue, expenses, and receivables.
- Recruit, train, schedule, and develop team members.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety, occupational, and environmental policies.
