Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Greeting and Engagement: Greet guests by name and engage in conversation to build rapport and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Ski and Snowboard Equipment Management: Valet all ski and snowboard equipment, apply labels, and store in an organized fashion to ensure efficient and safe handling.
- Equipment Transportation: Receive, track, and transport guests' equipment at the start of each guest's stay or at the end of each day, ensuring timely and secure delivery.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records to ensure seamless equipment distribution and minimize losses.
Requirements:
