About the Position

The Transportation Engineering Specialist will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and staff coordination to ensure timely completion and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain client relationships through effective marketing, business development, and communication strategies.
  • Negotiate scopes and fees with clients while ensuring technical quality and scheduling of projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects that meet client expectations.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Professional registration (P.E., PTOE) in relevant states.
  • 8-10 years of experience in roadway design, traffic engineering, and transportation planning.
  • Strong understanding of project accounting and budget management.
  • Experience in marketing and supervising technical work.
  • Familiarity with software packages like MicroStation and traffic analysis tools.
