Key Responsibilities
  • Room Cleaning and Maintenance: Thoroughly clean and prepare guest rooms for occupancy, including making beds, restocking linens, and replenishing amenities.
  • Cart Preparation: Set up and maintain housekeeping carts with necessary cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities.
  • Trash and Linen Removal: Remove trash and dirty linens from guest rooms and hallways, and replace with clean linens and amenities.
  • Public Area Maintenance: Keep public areas, including hallways, lobbies, and restrooms, clean and tidy.
  • Supply Replenishment: Restock cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities as needed.
  • Lost and Found: Handle items found in guest rooms and public areas, and report to management as necessary.
  • Maintenance Reporting: Report any maintenance issues or repairs to management immediately.
Requirements
  • Cleaning Experience: 1 year of experience in cleaning or a related field (preferred).
  • Hotel Experience: 1 year of experience in a hotel or hospitality setting (preferred).
Work Schedule
  • Shift: 8-hour shift.
  • Days: Monday to Friday.
  • Holidays: Available to work holidays.
  • Weekends: Available to work weekends.
