Responsibilities of a Senior Client Service Representative


In this role, you will engage directly with our members, serving as a role model for your colleagues.

Your responsibilities will include a variety of member service tasks, as well as mentoring Member Service Associates in enhancing their sales and service capabilities through leading by example, providing constructive feedback, and identifying areas for growth.

You will be responsible for establishing new IRA accounts, interviewing and advising loan applicants, and opening various types of accounts.


The Senior Client Service Representative position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, along with a minimum of two years of relevant experience in a banking or credit union environment.

A solid understanding of credit union products and services, along with the ability to cross-sell, is essential. Effective communication skills with members and staff at all organizational levels are crucial. The ability to project a positive and professional demeanor, perform tasks with precision and attention to detail, work independently, and prioritize effectively is necessary. Proficiency in operating a computer keyboard, typewriter, adding machine, check scanner, and coin machine is also required.

Work Schedule and Benefits

As a Senior Client Service Representative, you will maintain a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, which includes extended hours on certain weekdays and a half-day shift every other Saturday.

Sample Work Schedule:

Monday 8:30am - 5:00pm 7:30am - 4:00pm

Tuesday 8:00am - 4:30pm OFF

Wednesday 7:30am - 4:00pm 8:00am - 5:00pm

Thursday 10:00am - 6:30pm 8:00am - 5:00pm

Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm 9:00am - 6:30pm

Saturday OFF 7:30am-1:30pm
