Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled CNC Milling Specialist to join our team at HH Arnold Co Inc. As a CNC Milling Specialist, you will be responsible for programming and setting up CNC machines to produce high-quality parts for various industries, including industrial, medical, and aerospace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program and set up CNC machines to produce parts with tight tolerances
  • Operate CNC machines with live tools, sub spindles, and gantry loaders
  • Work in a team-oriented environment to support quality and production goals
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve production targets

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in CNC milling and programming
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
