Role Summary:
The Human Resources division at Premium Waters Inc. collaborates with leadership to attract and retain a diverse and highly skilled workforce, nurtures positive employee interactions, advocates for a culture of safety, and offers training programs to improve employee competencies and satisfaction. The team also develops initiatives to boost organizational efficiency, creates competitive compensation and benefits packages, and oversees payroll operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work alongside the plant manager and other key personnel to forecast skill requirements and devise proactive recruitment or development plans.
- Continuously assess and align skill and position demands, cultivate local partnerships, and offer development opportunities.
- Identify and deliver specialized training tailored to the needs of Premium Waters Inc., nurture high-potential employees, and establish role-specific training initiatives.
- Implement a compensation strategy that aligns with corporate goals and fosters a supportive environment for employee advancement and success.
- Effectively utilize HRIS to facilitate company growth, ensure workplace safety, and manage benefits and compliance initiatives.
- Perform various administrative tasks to support operational requirements.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, with SPHR/PHR/SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certifications preferred, alongside 3-5 years of HR management experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Previous supervisory experience, excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in HRIS (ADP), and bilingual capabilities (Spanish preferred).
