We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Program Coordinator to manage and oversee various programs within our Technology division. This role will involve leading two distinct talent initiatives: the Technology Associate Program (TAP) and the Drake BlueX Program (BX). TAP is designed for recent graduates in technology, providing a two-year rotational experience across four areas of our Technology division. The BX program is a four-year partnership with Drake University, offering technology students formal mentoring and part-time internship opportunities. In this role, you will collaborate with Technology Leadership, human resources, and academic partners to nurture and develop the next generation of technology professionals.
Additionally, you will play a crucial role in managing the division's Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and Communities of Practice (CoPs), which facilitate our transition to agile methodologies and SAFe practices. The Program Coordinator will engage with stakeholders throughout the division to lead initiatives related to Technology Innovation, including investment tracking and financial reporting.
QualificationsPreferred Qualifications:
- Experience in coordinating emerging talent programs or working with new talent.
- Strong informal leadership and decision-making capabilities.
- Familiarity with various technology teams and terminology (e.g., Agile, Cyber Security, Software Engineering, Analytics).
Required Qualifications:
- Associate's degree or relevant work experience.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in project/program management support or administrative roles involving multiple leaders or team members.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with various levels of leadership.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
a. Program Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to program leaders, including organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and tracking progress on program items.
b. Resource Management: Collaborate with Program Directors to understand resource needs and coordinate with relevant departments to secure necessary resources efficiently.
c. Reporting: Create and maintain accurate documents and reports for internal and external communications, ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive information.
d. Customer Service: Offer professional and timely support to team members, stakeholders, and vendors, addressing inquiries and resolving issues as needed.
e. Budget Participation: Engage in the budget process for multiple program teams, ensuring timely completion and accurate handling of financial matters.
f. Other Duties: Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
