Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
As a Digital Forensic Analyst, you will:
1. Conduct comprehensive forensic examinations, including:
   a. Full-scope forensic evaluations
   b. Advanced analysis of registry and internet history
   c. Detection and analysis of date obfuscation and steganography
   d. Analysis of large data sets and targeted keyword searches
   e. Development of forensic tools and scripts
   f. Extraction and analysis of metadata
   g. Network forensics and analysis
2. Generate detailed technical reports for stakeholders and the intelligence community.
3. Analyze application and internet activities to support source vetting and digital profiling.
4. Collaborate on enhancing forensic and technical exploitation standards for deployed assets.
5. Provide expert-level technical support to internal and external partners.

Global Technical Exploitation Response:
Your role will also include:
1. Delivering deployable technical exploitation personnel to meet operational requirements.
2. Coordinating with customer operations on technical exploitation training and platform issues.
3. Planning and executing comprehensive technical exploitation strategies and exercises.
4. Assisting in Site Exploitation (SE) activities as necessary.
5. Offering technical support to field collection and operational partners, including:
   a. Utilizing a diverse array of technical exploitation tools
   b. Conducting asset validation and credibility assessments of digital media and devices.

Qualifications:
1. A minimum of eight years of experience in digital forensics; or
2. A Bachelor’s degree in Digital Forensics or Computer Science with six years of relevant experience; or
3. A Master’s degree in Digital Forensics or Computer Science with five years of relevant experience.
4. Proven ability to design, implement, and document forensic services, including evidence seizure and data recovery.
5. Excellent communication skills to convey technical information effectively.
6. Experience in hardware configuration, network/data communications, and software development.
7. Willingness to travel as required.

Certifications:
Possession of two or more recognized digital forensic certifications (e.g., EnCE, MCFE, ACE, etc.) is preferred.

Clearance:
An active TS/SCI clearance is required, along with the ability to obtain a Counter Intelligence Polygraph if not already held.
