Land Development Project Manager

Civil engineers with expertise in land development have an exciting opportunity to join our team at CCG Business Solutions. As a Municipal Land Development specialist, you will be responsible for performing complex engineering computations, preparing engineering documents, and overseeing project management.
About the PositionThis is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $100,000 per year. Key Responsibilities- Performing moderately complex engineering computations involving conventional engineering practices.
- Using computer-assisted engineering and design software and equipment to prepare engineering and design documents.
- Writing technical specifications, reports, and other correspondence to various audiences.
- Coordinating with government agencies, client staff, and other professionals to obtain design information and approvals.
- Exercising discretion and judgment in all work tasks.
- Learning and applying company standards and best practices.
