Job Overview

Klosh Group, a leading construction consulting firm, seeks an experienced Construction Project Director to manage healthcare-focused projects from pre-construction through to close out. This role involves overseeing all aspects of the project, including budget, schedule, operational needs, and quality control requirements.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of commercial construction project management experience in the healthcare and/or life sciences industries. They must possess excellent project and time management skills, as well as the ability to lead and manage development projects through thoughtful planning and execution.

A current, valid driver's license and safe driving record are required. The salary for this position is estimated to be $104,000-$135,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage healthcare and/or life sciences projects from pre-construction through to close out.
  • Oversee all aspects of the project, including budget, schedule, operational needs, process, client needs, quality control requirements, and reporting team members.
  • Plan and lead the team through all aspects of pre-design, design, construction, and post-occupancy project phases.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years commercial construction project management experience supporting multiple projects, with referenceable experience in the healthcare and/or life sciences industries.
  • Knowledge and understanding of construction practices and techniques, contract management, OSHPD/HCAI requirements, AIA documents, contract law, project controls, construction project safety, and building support systems.
  • Ability to lead and manage development projects through thoughtful planning and ability to address dependencies and clear hurdles.
