We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Brigham and Women's Faulkner Hospital (BWFH). As an Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hospital's daily activities.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise the daily activities of Unit Coordinators and ensure consistency of processes
- Manage relevant databases and produce/maintain management data related to operational needs/projects
- Responsible for payroll and scheduling, as well as maintaining staff records
- Collaborate with nurse directors and other departments to develop and maintain systems to measure productivity
- Provide excellent customer service and foster a team environment
- Bachelor's degree required
- 1-2 years of healthcare or related experience
- Supervisory experience strongly preferred
- Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills required
- Experience with Excel, Microsoft Word, Access, and PowerPoint
- Ability to prioritize, delegate, and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
