Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior CSR Specialist to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific. As a key member of our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) team, you will play a critical role in supporting our customer enablement programs and contributing to our mission of putting our values into action for society and the planet.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Deliver Customer Value Alignment Materials: Contribute to the creation of materials that align with our ESG commitments and programs, ensuring that our customers understand the value we bring to the table.
  • Coordinate and Analyze Customer Survey Data: Work closely with our CSR Strategy and Reporting team to analyze a large dataset of completed customer surveys, identifying emerging trends, frequency, and other valuable insights that inform our business decisions.
  • Research and Track Customer Ratings and Awards: Help us stay on top of industry standards and trends in ESG-related fields by researching and tracking customer ratings, awards, and social impact partners.
  • Stay Informed and Up-to-Date: Stay current on the latest developments in ESG, energy, climate, and sustainability issues, and apply your knowledge to drive business growth and improvement.
Requirements
  • Pursuing an MBA or Equivalent Experience: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is required to excel in this role.
  • 3+ Years of Relevant Experience: Bring a proven track record of success in a corporate setting, with a preference for experience in ESG reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools: Showcase your skills in Word, Outlook, and Excel, and demonstrate your ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Critical Thinking and Analytical Skills: Demonstrate your ability to tackle complex challenges and make informed decisions that drive business results.
  • Attention to Detail and Data Analysis: Show a keen eye for detail and proficiency in data collection, analysis, research, and effective collaboration.
  • Initiative and Ownership: Take ownership of projects and demonstrate your ability to stay organized while collaborating with multiple teams and handling various tasks simultaneously.
  • ESG Knowledge and Skills: Demonstrate a deep understanding of ESG, energy, climate, and sustainability issues in a corporate setting, and apply your quantitative skills to capture, analyze, and model data in Excel.
