IT Support Specialist

We are looking for a committed IT Support Specialist to enhance our operational efficiency. The successful candidate will also lead the Help Desk operations and assist with various technical initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver both on-site and remote technical assistance to staff members.
  • Facilitate system upgrades, migrations, and the implementation of new technologies.
  • Conduct routine system maintenance tasks such as updates, patching, and user administration.
  • Oversee Microsoft Office 365 applications management.
  • Prepare and support equipment for events, ensuring precise inventory control.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral issues.
  • Willingness to travel up to 15% within the United States for client engagements.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Azure, Windows Server, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and MacOS.
  • Strong hardware troubleshooting skills and familiarity with antivirus, malware, and email security solutions.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively, adhering to departmental guidelines.
  • Exceptional time management, communication, and customer service abilities.
  • Capable of documenting troubleshooting processes and system configurations.
  • Physical capability to occasionally stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and lift/move items weighing up to 25 pounds.
  • Microsoft certifications are advantageous.
