About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Sbarro Chicago Southland Lincoln Oasis #4346. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train, monitor, and reinforce food safety procedures to team members, ensuring all Company food safety procedures are followed and health/sanitation regulations are complied with.
  • Maintain safe working conditions by following and enforcing all Company safety, security, and maintenance policies and procedures.
  • Monitor tasks performed by team members to ensure product quality and guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor and follow up with team members regarding food preparation and Company procedures to minimize food cost.
  • Monitor labor usage against sales and take corrective action where necessary.
  • Execute, train, and monitor proper cash control procedures.
  • Ensure proper training for team members through established training systems and provide ongoing coaching.
  • Assist General Manager in ensuring compliance with all other Company policies and procedures.
  • Assist General Manager with overall store operations, including monitoring operational systems, profit and loss statements, inventory, and employee scheduling.
Requirements
  • 18 years of age, minimum
  • High School Diploma or GED, preferred
  • 1 or more years of restaurant or supervisory experience, preferred
