Job Overview

Responsibilities of a Culinary Specialist:

  • Organizes and replenishes food supplies and essential materials.
  • Prepares various food items through cutting, chopping, mixing, and creating sauces.
  • Utilizes cooking techniques such as grilling, frying, and sautéing to prepare dishes according to established recipes and quality standards.
  • Ensures cleanliness and adheres to food safety regulations by properly managing food and maintaining appropriate storage practices.
  • Conducts cleaning and sanitization of cooking areas at the conclusion of each shift.
  • Performs stock assessments and maintains food storage documentation.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Basic proficiency in written and verbal communication
  • Strong organizational abilities
  • Efficiency and precision in task execution
  • Capability to collaborate effectively within a team
  • Ability to follow instructions and guidelines

Shifts include lunch hours from 11am to 4pm and dinner hours from 4pm to 12am.
