Executing all daily operations during your shift, managing the cash register, completing necessary paperwork, restocking items, maintaining cleanliness both inside and outside the facility, and delivering exceptional customer service.

As a Customer Service Representative, you play a crucial role in our organization, going beyond just being a cashier.

Key Responsibilities

Essential duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Providing outstanding service to every customer by fostering a welcoming atmosphere, which includes greeting and acknowledging patrons, upholding high standards, possessing product knowledge, and all other facets of customer service.
  • Engaging with customers to offer information and assistance regarding products and services.
  • Ensuring a clean and inviting store environment for customers.
  • Conducting regular cleaning tasks, including but not limited to, cleaning floors, glass surfaces, counters, and restrooms, emptying trash receptacles, organizing merchandise, and maintaining beverage and food service equipment.
  • Restocking products and supplies to guarantee availability.
  • Accurately processing sales transactions and maintaining accountability at the cash register.
  • Staying informed about product knowledge, promotional activities, and advertisements.
  • Providing retail customer service.
  • Completing all required shift documentation.
  • Receiving deliveries of merchandise.
  • Working independently without constant supervision.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and ensuring fresh merchandise.
  • Delivering excellent customer service consistently.
  • Performing both indoor and outdoor cleaning tasks as necessary.
  • Stocking shelves and cooler items effectively.
  • Thriving in a fast-paced work environment, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize tasks efficiently.
  • Being a collaborative team member.
  • Flexibility to work first or second shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
  • Reporting any unusual occurrences or maintenance issues to management.
  • Paying close attention to detail when completing daily documentation.
Physical Requirements Include:
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Capability to lift up to 25 lbs.
