Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Levi Strauss & Co. in Glendale, AZ. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager and Associate Store Manager in achieving store goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure seamless store operations, including payroll management, cash handling, and inventory control.
  • Team Development: Assist in hiring, training, and retaining a high-performing store staff that embodies Levi's Strauss & Co. values and selling practices.
  • Visual Presentation: Execute flawless store visual presentation by following corporate visual direction and recommending merchandising adaptations as needed.
  • Staff Development: Coach and develop staff to increase their knowledge and skill sets, providing opportunities for continued growth and development within the organization.
  • Employee Relations: Manage minor employee relations issues, including performance management and holding associates accountable for following company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • 3 years of progressively responsible retail leadership experience
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Solid experience and demonstrated skills in supervising, coaching, and training sales associates
  • Strong retail apparel experience
  • Excellent customer service orientation and ability to multi-task
  • Excellent discretion, judgment, tact, and diplomacy
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new computer programs quickly
  • Must demonstrate an energetic, positive, helpful demeanor and a passion for Levi Strauss & Co.
