Enterprise Sales Professional

Job Summary:
Howard Technology Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Enterprise Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling technology solutions to commercial SMB/enterprise customers within the West Tennessee territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at commercial SMB/enterprise accounts.
- Achieve sales quotas and consistently meet or exceed performance targets.
- Actively prospect and develop new business opportunities within the designated territory.
- Build and maintain a strong understanding of customer business requirements and create tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Conduct presentations and in-service trainings to educate customers on technology solutions.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and updates to management.
- Plan and prioritize work tasks and responsibilities to ensure efficient use of time.
- Complete weekly sales productivity reports and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Requirements:
- Four-year college degree from an accredited institution (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Corporate-level proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Presentable, courteous, and pleasant personality, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
