Job Title: Chief Growth Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chief Growth Officer to join our team at Lucia Landscaping Inc.

Job Summary:

The Chief Growth Officer will be responsible for driving sales growth and leading the sales team to achieve targeted results. This role will play a critical part in enhancing client satisfaction, retention, and overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish annual and monthly sales goals for the sales team.
  • Regularly review the sales pipeline, track progress, and discuss key metrics such as sales, production, and backlog.
  • Provide consistent mentorship and coaching to salespeople to ensure they meet and exceed their targets.
  • Foster a motivating environment through both extrinsic rewards and intrinsic factors.
  • Lead and manage the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Drive the growth of the landscaping and snow removal business in assigned markets.
  • Collaborate with prospective customers to identify needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Manage key sales metrics using sales automation tools and productivity reports.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Set individual sales targets and track team performance.
  • Hire, train, and foster the professional growth of the sales team.
  • Ensure all team members complete job handoffs within 24 hours of a sale.
  • Coordinate with the Operations team to address any quality concerns within 48 hours.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department on lead generation efforts.
  • Regularly train sales staff to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Develop sales forecasts, analyze past performance, and project future outcomes.
  • Produce sales reports, track sales, and create department budgets.
  • Prepare and submit weekly department scorecards.
  • Ensure cross-functional collaboration with other departments to meet customer needs and expand the business.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience.
  • Knowledge of the lawn and landscaping industry (3+ years preferred).
  • Highly competitive, coachable, and results-driven with a positive attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills for building strong, value-based relationships.
  • Self-starter, highly motivated, and energetic with a friendly and outgoing personality.
  • Proven ability to set goals, self-initiate, and work independently.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining a professional demeanor and attention to detail.
  • Presentation skills for delivering information effectively to both individuals and groups.
  • Extensive face-to-face (B2B) sales experience.
  • Experience in sales strategy planning and implementation.
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management.
  • Previous experience managing and directing a sales team.
Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive base salary ($85,000-$150,000) + Commission, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, and life insurance, 401K Program, and paid time off.
