Job Summary

The Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This dynamic individual will be responsible for handling a wide range of administrative tasks, including confidential and time-sensitive matters. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to senior staff members, including preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
  • Assist with budgeting, financial reporting, and other financial tasks as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
