- Manage and coordinate education programs, including logistics, scheduling, and evaluation.
- Provide expert guidance and support to healthcare providers to enhance their knowledge and skills.
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current Registered Nurse License in Connecticut.
- BSN Required, MSN preferred.
- 3-5 years recent clinical experience in an acute care setting.
- Formal teaching or comparable experience required.
- Maintains appropriate job-related membership in professional organization.
- Manages time effectively by meeting deadlines for completion of work projects, being prompt to appointments and commitments, assisting others when time is available.
- National certification in appropriate related specialty could be in-progress.
- AHA Instructor status in one discipline - ACLS, BLS or PALS.
