New Full Time Speech Language Pathologist 24/25

Soliant is seeking a dynamic Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. If you're passionate about helping individuals improve their communication skills and thrive in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify communication disorders and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Provide therapy to address speech, language, and communication disorders, collaborating with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and communicate with stakeholders to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred, with state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working with diverse populations.
