Customer Service Representative

At Albemarle Heating & Air, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences in the HVAC and plumbing industry. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health, safety, and comfort of our customers by providing top-notch support and resolving issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, or in-person interactions.
  • Schedule appointments and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Record and update customer account information to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Maintain customer records and resolve service and product problems in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Clarify and address customer complaints, providing solutions and alternatives when necessary.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of related customer service experience with telephone experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with customers.
  • Proficient computer skills, with the ability to learn new software and systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on using tools to enhance customer service and support.
