Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Critical Care Nurse Specialist to join our team at TalentBurst, Inc. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in our Inpatient Renal Replacement and Apheresis Services setting.

About the Role:

  • Provide direct patient care to assigned patients in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Assess patients' responses to treatment therapy and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Supervise and educate Patient Care Technicians and clerical staff to ensure high-quality care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Current or successful completion of CPR BLS Certification.
  • Current appropriate state licensure.
  • Minimum 2 years inpatient dialysis nursing experience required.
  • Demonstrated strong assessment skills related to the critically ill patient.

Salary and Benefits:

$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
