Position Overview:
The Clinical Supervisor plays a pivotal role in supporting the Operations Manager in overseeing all functions within designated regional centers. This position is integral to the smooth operation of a walk-in medical facility, ensuring adherence to the hospital's philosophy, policies, and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in staffing, scheduling, and enhancing patient experiences.
  • Oversee environmental control, physician relations, and equipment management.
  • Coach and develop team members while supervising daily operations.
  • Prepare and manage an approved budget, ensuring fiscal responsibility.
  • Coordinate activities with other departments and delegate tasks effectively.
  • Be available for on-call duties as required.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and center management.
  • Adhere to compliance plans and regulations set by local, state, and federal agencies.
  • Engage in outstanding customer service and maintain respectful relationships.

  • Support clinic operations by fulfilling duties of Concierge or Medical Assistant.

  • Oversee Accounts Receivable Management, ensuring timely submissions and updates.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions.
  • Provide training and tools to team members to meet performance standards.
  • Communicate staffing needs and manage productivity to limit overtime.
  • Ensure completion of clinical quality controls and reporting duties.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in medical office management or a minimum of 2 years in a medical office setting.
  • Clinical Certification (LPN, Medical Assistant) is required.
