Position Overview

C And J Beauty Co DBA IDOLIZE Brows and Beauty is seeking a dedicated and skilled Skin Care Specialist to enhance our team. We are looking for individuals who possess a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

The ideal candidates will have a background in the following areas and a desire to master our unique service techniques:

  • Comprehensive body waxing
  • Skin treatments and chemical exfoliation
  • Eyelash and eyebrow tinting, lash lifts, and brow henna
  • Eyelash extensions

Key responsibilities for our Skin Care Specialists include:

  • Interacting with and educating clients about skincare, eyelash services, and other esthetic offerings
  • Conducting complimentary skin analysis sessions
  • Delivering consistent, high-quality treatments such as facials, waxing, lash lifts, tinting, brow henna, eyelash extensions, and chemical exfoliation
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of treatment areas, as well as assisting with overall spa maintenance
  • Handling transactions through the point-of-sale system
  • Assisting with phone inquiries and appointment scheduling
  • Recommending and selling retail products tailored to client needs

Qualifications:

  • Valid Texas Esthetician license
  • Self-driven with the ability to promote personal and brand awareness
