Role Responsibilities:
In this position, you will be tasked with:

  • Designing, testing, and maintaining MECM infrastructure to effectively distribute services to workstations, including but not limited to Operating System deployment, software packaging and distribution, update management, and compliance settings.
  • Establishing, testing, and maintaining Active Directory infrastructure, including but not limited to Group Policy Objects (GPOs).
  • Ensuring comprehensive local documentation is maintained, including standard operating procedures, best practices, and methodologies.
  • Collaborating with IT teams globally to implement innovative solutions and address business challenges.
  • Proposing and executing new solutions to support business expansion efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • Expertise in MECM infrastructure (including CAS) and management of related services.
  • Strong knowledge of Operating System deployment processes.
  • Proficient understanding of workstation Operating Systems (Windows 10, 11).
  • Good familiarity with server Operating Systems (Server 2016, 2019, 2022).
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory.
  • Technical knowledge of M365/Intune is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Patch My PC is a plus.
  • Educational background: Preferably a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering or a related IT field.
  • Experience: 5-8 years as an SCCM Engineer in a multicultural setting.
