Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Part-Time Retail Operations Advisor who shares our commitment to providing high-quality medicine and an exceptional patient care experience. The Retail Operations Advisor collaborates closely with the leadership team at the dispensing facility and reports directly to the Retail Operations Manager and Supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications (Skills, Knowledge & Abilities):
- A minimum of three years of experience in retail operations, including familiarity with point-of-sale systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- A strong passion for managing all facets of retail operations, compliance, and inventory management.
- Outstanding consulting abilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, particularly in active listening.
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish, along with effective non-verbal communication.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
FLSA status: Non-exempt
Additional Abilities Required:
- While performing the duties of this role, the employee must be able to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods, perform manual tasks, and lift or move up to 10 pounds (or more with assistance). Effective verbal communication with colleagues, customers, and vendors is essential. The work environment typically has a moderate noise level.
