Senior Manager, IT Testing Lead

At Conduent State & Local Solutions, Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, IT Testing to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to lead and manage complex IT testing projects, working closely with our clients to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and direct moderate to complex IT testing projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and business needs.
  • Develop and implement high-level system testing approaches, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Manage and coordinate project priorities, utilizing critical thinking and complex problem-solving skills to drive results.
  • Lead and communicate project scope, goals, and responsibilities to project teams, establishing clear stakeholder expectations and requirements.
  • Develop and maintain reporting procedures, monitoring project performance and preparing reports on project activities, general project management, and financial issues.
  • Collaborate with GTS stakeholders and vendors to improve infrastructure, processes, and systems, increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of test services.
  • Identify and suggest tools to improve test efficacy and efficiency, ensuring the highest quality results.
  • Liaise with stakeholders for readiness and availability of test environments, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Accountable for project/client communication, managing offshore/onshore interaction and stakeholder communication, and escalation management.
  • Proficient in industry-standard testing methodologies, including Waterfall, Iterative, Hybrid, and Agile.
  • Create detailed reports of findings and recommendations, presenting to stakeholders and sharing knowledge with the team to continuously improve the service offering.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 years of professional experience in IT testing.
  • Participation in at least one end-to-end implementation cycle.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Preferred Skills:

  • Understanding/exposure to Electronic Toll Collection domain/AFC/Parking domain.
  • Strong knowledge in MS Office, MS Project, and SQL.
  • Solid knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and industry best practices.
  • Strong project/delivery management skills.
