As a Behavior Technician, you will:
- Deliver individualized ABA therapy to children under the guidance of a BCBA.
- Implement treatment and behavior plans tailored to each child's needs.
- Maintain effective communication with families and team members.
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Associate's Degree in a relevant field.
- CPR and First Aid certification (must be maintained).
- Experience working with children with Autism or developmental disabilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Physical: Must possess full physical dexterity and the ability to lift children (5 to 50 lbs).
Mental: Ability to respond to diverse demands and make quick decisions in various situations.
Work Environment:Center-based setting focused on providing therapeutic services to children and their families.
