Key Responsibilities:

As a Behavior Technician, you will:

  • Deliver individualized ABA therapy to children under the guidance of a BCBA.
  • Implement treatment and behavior plans tailored to each child's needs.
  • Maintain effective communication with families and team members.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Associate's Degree in a relevant field.
  • CPR and First Aid certification (must be maintained).
  • Experience working with children with Autism or developmental disabilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Physical and Mental Demands:

Physical: Must possess full physical dexterity and the ability to lift children (5 to 50 lbs).

Mental: Ability to respond to diverse demands and make quick decisions in various situations.

Work Environment:

Center-based setting focused on providing therapeutic services to children and their families.
