About the Role

Kaleidoscope Family Solutions, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality ABA therapy to children under the clinical supervision of a BCBA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 1-on-1 ABA therapy to children, following individualized treatment plans and clinical instructions.
  • Deliver quality therapeutic services to each child and family, promoting healthy development and well-being.
Requirements
  • Associate's, 60 credits, or Bachelor's degree in a human services related field.
  • 1-2 years of full-time equivalent experience providing ASD treatment services to children.
  • Successful completion and maintenance of Safety Care Training.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Reliable means of transportation, if using own vehicle, must have valid state driver's license and current automobile insurance.
Physical and Mental Demands
  • Full physical dexterity/agility or ability to independently position self and perform all movements required.
  • Sufficient corrected or uncorrected vision to carry out all duties and responsibilities.
  • Ability to lift and carry pediatric population (weight ranging from 5 to 50 lbs.).
  • Ability to respond effectively to varied demands of the child, family, supervisor, and other team members.
