**Position Overview**

As a successful State Farm Agent, we are seeking a qualified professional to join our winning team as an Insurance and Financial Services Position - State Farm Agent Team Member. We are looking for an energetic and motivated individual who is interested in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experience.

**Responsibilities**

  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, including developing leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing appropriate products and services.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

**Requirements**

  • Sales experience, preferably in outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing

  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented individual

  • Ability to make presentations to potential customers
  • Achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals
  • Experience in marketing
  • Bilingual - Spanish preferred
  • Property and Casualty license (must have currently)
  • Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
