Key Responsibilities

As a NICU SLP clinician at Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center & Children's Hospital, you will be responsible for:

  1. Providing comprehensive assessments and interventions to infants with communication, cognition, feeding, and/or swallowing disorders
  2. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans
  3. Communicating effectively with families and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination

Required Qualifications

  • Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement
  • Washington Speech Language Pathologist License
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a licensed SLP
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in a NICU or with medically fragile infants

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
