Job Overview

Arcticom Group (TAG) is a leading provider of commercial and industrial refrigeration services across the Western United States and North America. We are seeking an experienced Refrigeration Installation Foreman to join our team at Victory Refrigeration and Construction in Northern Texas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, manage, and execute refrigeration installation projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project scope.
  • Lead and direct installation teams, ensuring efficient deployment and productivity of work crews.
  • Collaborate with Superintendents and Project Managers to identify and address project issues, ensuring project plans are met.
  • Develop and implement best practices for efficient use of construction materials, manpower, and equipment.
  • Monitor and manage employee attendance, ensuring timely arrival and participation of all crew members.
  • Delegate tasks and accountabilities, instruct, supervise, lead, and direct base crew.
  • Promote and execute TAG's safety program, encouraging a culture of safety among employees, subcontractors, and consultants.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred.
  • Minimum 5-7 years' experience in the construction industry.
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a Construction Foreman.
  • Valid Driver's License or equivalent required.
