Lead Preschool Teacher Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Lead Preschool Teacher to join our team at Guidepost Montessori in Tulsa, OK. As a key member of our Children's House (ages 3-6) classroom, you will play a vital role in creating a model learning environment that fosters independence and develops competent, capable thinkers.

Your Role:

In this Lead Teacher position, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing a high-quality Montessori curriculum that meets the needs of our students
  • Leading a team of educators to create a collaborative and supportive learning environment
  • Providing guidance and support to parents and colleagues to ensure the success of our students
  • Participating in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices in Montessori education

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Montessori Diploma/Certificate for the 3-6 age group or be willing to pursue certification
  • Experience working with children in a group setting, such as a preschool, daycare, or childcare center

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
