Montessori Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Montessori Assistant at our school in Tulsa. As a key member of our educational community, you will play a vital role in supporting the development of young children and contributing to their growth and learning.

In this role, you will work closely with our Lead Teacher to create a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters independence, confidence, and a love of learning. Your responsibilities will include supporting the daily activities of the classroom, assisting with lesson planning and implementation, and providing individualized attention to children as needed.

• Familiarity with the development of young children and a passion for early childhood education
• Prior experience working with children, preferably in a childcare or educational setting
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-service oriented mindset
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt to changing circumstances
• Valid negative TB test (in the last 12 months) or willingness to take prior to start date
• Valid CPR certification or willingness to become certified prior to start date
