Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Lead Preschool Teacher to join our team at Guidepost Montessori. As a key member of our educational community, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of young children and guiding them towards independence.

Responsibilities
  • Create and lead a model classroom that embodies the principles of authentic Montessori education.
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to students, helping them to develop essential life skills and values.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in early childhood education.
Requirements
  • Montessori Diploma/Certificate for the 3-6 age group or willingness to pursue certification.
  • Experience working with young children in a group setting, such as a preschool, daycare, or nursery.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and parents.
  • Passion for creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
