The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Complex Referral Coordinator to join our team. As a Complex Referral Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care and service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Maintain service level agreements in complex insurance authorizations.
  • Meet or exceed performance requirements for 6 months minimum (200+ Tasks/week).

**Requirements:**

  • At least 2 years of experience completing referrals and navigating complex insurance portals and highly complex orders.
  • Positive, collaborative attitude and high team engagement with an action-oriented mindset.
  • Working in a national market/healthcare organization that understands complexity of regions.
  • Experience with working with different EMRs.
