This role involves delivering both formal and informal evaluations of project data to the management team, aiding in informed decision-making and the successful attainment of project objectives. The ideal candidate should be adept in utilizing a computer and the Microsoft Office Suite, alongside possessing an understanding of cost factors within the construction sector.

Minimum Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Finance/Accounting

or

Education: High School Diploma or GED

Experience: 4 years of relevant experience

Travel: 5-10%

Work Schedule: This role operates between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday to Friday. Overtime may be necessary.

Key Responsibilities

  • Comprehend execution strategies and the interplay between costs, schedules, and risks.
  • Oversee project financial reporting and cash flow management.
  • Compile monthly and quarterly reports.
  • Conduct analyses of quantity and labor tracking outcomes.
  • Prepare supporting documentation for invoices/Schedule of Values.
  • Contribute to the risk management process.
  • Facilitate project planning discussions.
  • Develop fragnets and resource allocation plans.
  • Conduct critical path and float analyses.
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned.
