Accounting Clerk

Luxury Manufacturing Company in East Los Angeles seeks a Temporary to hire full-time experienced accounting and human resources professional to support our company's growth. This 30 hour a week position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who can multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable: Proper coding of vendor bills, processing payments, and vendor account analysis.
- Accounts Receivable: Invoicing of customers, processing payments, monthly statements, collections, and reconciliations.
- Banking: Credit Card and bank account reconciliation and bank deposit preparation.
- Interact with off-site CPA, support tax preparation, and year-end close out.
- Weekly financial reporting.
- Filing/Phones: General office organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting (desirable but not required).
- 2+ years of Bookkeeping and Accounting experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (ERP) system (preferred but not required).
- Proficiency in MS Word/Excel/Outlook.
Additional Skills:
- Understanding of GAAP Financials.
- Direct experience with a manufacturing and design firm (a plus).
