About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Care Specialist to join our team at Monro Muffler Brake. As a key holder and manager on duty, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and driving sales of automotive repair services and tires.

Responsibilities
  • Provide a superior guest experience through strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Assist in driving sales of automotive repair services and tires through effective sales presentations and product knowledge
  • Complete Monro's training program to execute the Monro selling process
  • First point of contact for guests on the phone and in the store, engaging guests, scheduling appointments, and presenting needed services
  • Responsible for the organization and productivity of the service business through estimate and invoice transactions
  • Assist in various aspects of guest care, work order completion, and register assistance, as well as facility maintenance and outside purchase ordering
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Current valid driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) required
  • Strong verbal communication skills and ability to accurately write sales work orders
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Ability to work well with teammates and provide support when needed
