Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers throughout the sales process, including executing effective deliveries and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure referral business and long-term loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date on new products and services, and effectively communicate their value to customers.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the dealership.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and at least 21 years of age or 3 full years of driving experience.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
  • Coachable, with a strong ability to listen and understand customer needs and wants.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance.
