Nursing Professional for Patient-Centered Care

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse to join our team at Prisma Health, where you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our patients and their families. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, working collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality, compassionate care.
About the Role
As a Registered Nurse (RN) in our Facility Resource Pool, you will be part of a dynamic team that provides clinical direction for all aspects of patient care in an acute inpatient setting. You will foster patient/family-centered care, demonstrating clinical competency by utilizing evidence-based practices and research in all areas of the nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, and outcomes. You will incorporate knowledge of safety protocols, cost containment, and quality improvement throughout the nursing process, identifying patient, unit, and organizational priorities and incorporating them into your work.
